Pros
Joined the company after graduating from college and was initially hired as a Business Development Representative in a new Inside Sales Program. Working for a small company like Active Navigation, there are multiple opportunities and avenues for growth and career advancement. Senior management is helpful and provides you the freedom to perform your day-to-day as you see fit.
Cons
Employees need to be very autodidact to be successful here as training programs are not entirely built out. Marketing program needs to be built out.

Pros
Great company to work for! Joining AN was like joining a new family, everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. The work is interesting, engaging and always different. The evolving company culture is that of respect for each other professionally with just the right mix of a casual atmosphere.
Cons
In my opinion, AN does not have any negative points.
