Subpar benefits for industry and area, lack of diversity, lack of execution on roadmap, a lot of lofty goals and empty promises, lack of transparency on hiring and turnover

Nothing that I can complain about, knowing that every company has its owns challenges to overcome. Its a company that just raised money and are utilizing it for growth, thus, expect some growing pains. However, there are some difficulties with working in-office. Half the company is remote and half show up nearly every day. I show up to office most days and its super exciting, just creates difficulties some times trying to be productive when having to collaborate with people who never come to office (understanding this is only during covid...I'm sure its different in non-pandemic).
