Redundancies & No Ops

Pros

Seemingly friendly and familial culture. Hybrid setting.

Cons

Multiple Redundancies. Ops/HR/InfoSec are all under one umbrella. Inept and nonexistent function. There is a supposed COO doing his own business on the side at the expense of the main product line. Absolutely no ops,

Awesome culture and great leadership

Pros

Leaders and managers - they get it, they've lived and done it. People - everyone is awesome here, people jump to help you out when needed. Culture - fun and exciting (as much as can be expected during covid), all while being challenging

Cons

Nothing that I can complain about, knowing that every company has its owns challenges to overcome. Its a company that just raised money and are utilizing it for growth, thus, expect some growing pains. However, there are some difficulties with working in-office. Half the company is remote and half show up nearly every day. I show up to office most days and its super exciting, just creates difficulties some times trying to be productive when having to collaborate with people who never come to office (understanding this is only during covid...I'm sure its different in non-pandemic).
