Pros
-Constant feedback from leadership, direct management and leadership.
-Ridiculously flexible.
-Openness to ideas and basically everything you could think of, the collaboration is unreal.
-True work life balance, practices what they preach.
-Collaborative workspace, even when I am 5+ states away from the rest of the company, I am truly luck to have found this company.
Cons
I would be hard-pressed to find something to complain about. The only thing is that I wish there was more of is opportunities to meet my colleagues in person. There are more on the way but thats my only complaint!
