The leadership across the board from HR to Engineering to the CEO all really care about the employees and are committed to growth! Consistently grows each year, with a lot of tailwinds to drive further growth for the next five years! Amazing culture with regular culture club events Annual company retreat which is awesome since we’re a remote first company Team members are outstanding, and the onboarding is best in class!

Cons

Can’t really think of anything. Growth focus does cause the need to pivot, so if you’re not comfortable with change, you could get frustrated.
