Collaborative work environment in a fun category

Pros

People I worked with were great - solid team dynamics and good information sharing across your peers. Exciting, ever-changing category to work in.

Cons

Senior management has too much of their hands in the development at times. I found us debating too much fine detail of the games in our senior management reviews, rather than keeping things at a strategic level.

Pros

Nothing good here at all, the workplace is entirely bad, racism and harassment at its fullest.

Cons

The higher-ups don't let you unban anyone or escalate the ban situation that's been going on for the last 10 years; we aren't even allowed to talk about it. All nonsense bs, don't work here, better work at EA or Rockstar games instead.
