      Salary is pretty high, but you definitely pay for it in other ways

      Cons

      Just about everything. Leadership is disjointed and everyone suffers as a result. Lots of 'do this or leave or get fired' from the C-suite that gets trickled down.

      Team was great and people genuinely care about the projects they are working on. Super passionate.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t care about anyone. Said there wouldn’t be layoffs and the month after Microsoft took over, laid off 2500 people and they just keep happening
