Pros

Been at the company for a year. One of the best places I've ever worked. Incredibly smart folks who genuinely care about your success as much as the teams success. Lots of good company initiatives and employee networks to tap into.

Cons

I have not had a bad experience in my first 12 months.

Pros

Exciting industry and products; name recognition of highly profitable COD game franchises; Smart and engaged colleagues; Culture of excellence; Very cool events or marketing activations

Cons

Highly disordered org structure; siloed planning and execution; Toxicity of COD game brand and fan base; Lacking basic infrastructure of most elite corporate employers (e.g. limited L&D offerings, limited volunteer or internal mentor opps); Bloated middle management layer, inhibiting promotion of experienced talent; Awkwardness of being within the same operating company as Blizzard and King, despite wildly different cultures, brands and games; Lacks essential corporate steer by way of company values and vision

Pros

Amazing people, awesome culture, solid vision. I get to pursue my career in the video game industry at one of the biggest names in gaming, am provided opportunities for growth, am treated fairly and respectfully, and get to work with some of the best talent in the world. I can honestly say I look forward to going to work for once in my life - a place where I can use my skills to their utmost, enjoy the enthusiasm of my peers, and know that I am contributing to some of the best video games ever made.

Cons

Like seeing a behind-the-scenes documentary about a movie, being on the inside of a video game production takes some of the mystery and magic away. It's harder to enjoy video games as a pastime when you surround yourself with them at work all day.
