Pros

I concur with other reviews that it is in fact working on interesting problems and do have great ideas - very bad management and implementation.

Cons

Agree with other reviews that senior management is severely flawed. Do not have any managerial experience, training, and background. Agree with other reviews that they clearly do not like internal criticism and reflection and have a very arrogant and condescending attitude toward people that work beneath them. Not at all receptive to feedback, no clear way to provide advice to the management. Very dictatorial and lacking of a feedback loop. Low IT pay commensurate with competition and overall market value. I would definitely concur that you should definitely talk to others prior to working here. Work life balance is a major issue.

Great internship to take you from beginner to advance learning of IT fundamentals, network management, system management and basic linux configurations.

Cons

It is full-time /part-time remote. No available on-site ( due to the current state of the country).

Unique program and a great start in IT

Pros

Big shout-out to the Acuitus program and their hardworking team. My time at Acuitus has been full of challenges and interesting cases. It taught me how to problem solve, learn new concepts, and how to apply them to real world situations. The program was hands down worth the long hours and sleepless nights. The program really knows how to prepare you for real cases, even those rather difficult. I have landed a Network Engineer position at an advanced IT company, which could not have been possible without all the knowledge, skills, and abilities I gained while at Acuitus.

Cons

Due to Covid no hardware labs, since everything had to go remote.
