Pros
Acuitus runs a school that trains IT expertise using virtual servers, routers and switches to give students hands-on IT experience, including exposure to a large number of IT problems most people wouldn't see in 10 years of work. It's unique and it's an extraordinary education. Students graduate with a real understanding of the realm. They recruit low income minority students and some older students who need to get back into the workforce.
Cons
It's hard work. I worked most Saturdays and some Sundays to keep up with the program. But it's a lot of fun.
