One of the things that I value the most is the managment of the company and the diversity that they had. Im so happy of working for a company that values the difference of the people that work for them and give them the space for develop all our habilities. I also value the option to grow and improve. Working remotly is a plus, cause it allow me to grow even if im not in USA.

I love that Acuity is flexible with scheduling, responsive, helpful, has lots of good group communication channels, does a lot of the scheduling for staff, has a great visuals and resources library that has games, social stories, task analyses, videos, and a few other things for the kids. The company does a great job of creating systems to support the staff and to make sure families are supported. Acuity has a lot of events for employees and for clients. Every year, they have parties like an Easter Egg hunt, and a Holiday party. For the employees, they have lunch and learns, to do trainings for us, and employee events.
