Pros

I really enjoy the atmosphere, and how friendly and helpful everyone is. Everyone has been very kind to me and answered any questions I had. The work has been very fulfilling and it makes me very proud when I see my client is improving in their goals.

Cons

I think data management could be better. When starting a case that’s been worked on for awhile now, it’s hard to really catch up or find the data about the client without either seeing something first hand and asking questions about it or just figuring it out along the way when it could possibly be something the client mastered but did not generalize to new interventionists.

"I value the fact that the company is very flexible. We can cancel and reschedule for makeup hours and also we can make our own schedule. Also, having sick hours for us to use when we need to make a certain amount since session only last 2-3 hours and the pay isn’t high."

Cons

More support from supervisors/ clinical director when dealing with difficult cases.
