Pros

The management is incredibly accommodating and helpful! They are eager to get you started and ensure that you are well prepared. Additionally, hours are set, so there’s never any uncertainty. They are also very flexible with scheduling, which is amazing for students or those with second jobs.

Cons

Sometimes questions are left unanswered and messages/emails aren’t responded to, but I do understand that things can get hectic and they often respond if you follow up.

I appreciate the flexible hours and to work alongside others as you learn new goals and strategies. appreciate being able to understand different ways to help other people and to work alongside clients as they improve on their subjects and goals. meeting new people and being able to grow further in strategies and character.

Pros

The support system of the team, the encouragement to ask questions and receive feedback, the opportunities to make a positive impact on kids while also building up skills to further future careers.

Cons

Communication-wise when it comes to texts or phone calls from the office/other employees. There's a lot of new numbers reaching out to keep track of and from time-to-time hard to get a hold of someone through it, if not through call. Not everyone has a preference or is able to communicate through phone call. It's also a bit terrifying to jump into working on a case after training videos, being able to have in-person training or shadowing right after the videos would be reassuring that newcomers would be able to handle sessions.
