Pros

I value the BCBA’s on the cases I worked on. I also value being able to reschedule my sessions freely. It allows me to build that relationship with parents when we both get to work together and schedule what works best for all.

Cons

The scheduling department always to make mistake and or not add session when email says it was added.

Attentiveness and support from staff members. The patience of the company and willingness to support when needed is amazing and hard to come by. I 've needed help when I first started with this company and they assisted me through many tantrums or behaviors with great replacement behaviors.

No, they are doing an amazing job! I feel so comfortable asking for help or questions.
