Good compensation, good benefits, had a wonderful team I worked with, company in general was a friendly in any interactions I had, stable company.

Cons

Sometimes overly "corporate", trying KPI's and such, yearly review process was sometimes frustrating how they rated you, with "met expectations, exceeded expectation, greatly exceeded expectations", etc.
