Benefits are lackluster and acquisition has so far been mostly a disappointment

Flexible Paid Time Off is great

Cons

Overall benefits are outdated and lackluster. No health insurance for domestic partners. We had this before you acquired us. Health insurance is more expensive than what we had before and the company doesn’t give anything for vision and dental. Compensation mapping seemed like it should be more impressive. We have to wait a whole year before we get a bonus when we used to get them monthly. Explanation of bonus is confusing.
