Pros
Acuity has a heart in its logo for a reason - Acuity has heart! The workplace culture at Acuity is excellent, the pay+benefits is excellent, the management (at every level) is excellent, the career growth opportunity is excellent, the way Acuity cares about and gives back to the local community is excellent. I could go on.
Cons
Acuity's motto/mission is to "Rebuild Shattered Lives" and while every person at Acuity has an important role in that mission, my role is more indirect and can easily be seen as boring or less fulfilling than directly helping our customers.
