Pros

Great benefits, pay, flextime. Still a carrier that allows underwriters to make decisions and they do not sweat a lot of things the larger carriers do and still perform well.

Cons

Your manager can make or break your time here. There are a lot of changes you will see many comments on here but these changes are needed.

401k - get 11% every year Flexible hours

Cons

I hoped this would be my last job but not sure anymore. New management is running the company anti-Acuity and more cooperate. They are utilizing outside consulting firms to drive decisions without consulting end users and adding new responsibilities without additional pay. The morale in the department is rapidly declining with new changes. While the 401k is great, pay is behind industry average
