This Company Takes Care of its Employees

Pros

- Employees are treated with respect and given praise for their accomplishments - The benefits are incredible - The company culture is genuine and centers the well-being of the employee - Plenty of work but very rarely feels like too much to handle - Employee growth is encouraged and educational/training opportunities are plentiful

Cons

- Pay is below market average - Opportunities for advancement are limited - Change in procedure or technology is slow, largely due to "we've always done it that way"

Pros

Acuity cares about its employee. The list is so long I cannot type it all in but for me personally I love that I was provided with the right tools and mentors to help me learn the environment. I also had the chance to listen to renowned speakers that helped me grow as a person and improve not just my work but my family life as well. My wife loves the new me after joining Acuity. Thank you Acuity!!! Acuity Really loves its employees.
