Good place to gain experience right out of college

Pros

-Given lots of responsibility straight out of college -Good place to learn how to program using SAS and work with large datasets -Generally fast-paced interesting environment

Cons

-Some of the monthly projects get repetitive -Skills learnt here (eg proficiency in SAS) might not be very useful elsewhere -Bad management structure. Many managers that are very overworked. Some managers much better than others. -High turnover

Pros

Good place to learn SAS and get started learning to work with large datasets. Projects are sometimes interesting. Raises seem fairly meritocratic at the lower levels, but don't expect any big jumps.

Cons

Upper management seems rather nespotic and political. The quality of the job and the amount of work there is varies a lot by team. The company culture is weirdly stingy sometimes, but they've been getting better about this more recently. Compensation is about average or below for what you'd expect.
