Pros

The managers and coworkers are amazing and talented people

Cons

The upper management is horrible. Only top down, no bottom up, no communication at all.

Pros

You get to work with exceptionally talented and diligent people who were drawn to this company due to its generous H1-B work visa sponsorship policy. Interesting and intellectually stimulating work.

Cons

Poor management that is not transparent in its layoff process due to multiple factors - poor planning and overhiring, contracts not being renewed/lost, and reduction in federal funding. Many brilliant people were let go due to budget constraints (approx. 15% workforce and most of them are international employees who only have 60-day grace period after being laid off to find a new employment sponsor, else be compelled to leave the country. Employees being let go were also not adequately compensated i.e., meager severance package. It also really depends on your team - if you are fortunate enough to be assigned to a great team with more understanding bosses and colleagues, your work-life balance will be much better.

We regret that your time here did not meet all of your expectations, but appreciate that you took time to post these comments. This type of feedback is treated seriously by the firm’s leadership, especially in light of the difficult year our team members faced in 2024. Any reduction in workforce is regrettable, yet management acted responsibly in reaction to the uncertainty and cutbacks in our clients’ fiscal budgets. We appreciate your candor and wish you the best in your career and future endeavors.
