People are smart, friendly and helpfulI. The office is nice and bright.

Cons

- People relocated and moved across the whole country for the company, and they laid off them after 3 months of employment with no reimbursement but only 2 weeks severance. - They showed no consideration of their international employees. No transition period after being noticed of layoff, no reaction time, but the despair of being forced to leave the country. - Bad experience of layoff. There is no room for negotiation at all. - Poor benefits compared to other similar organizations. Much fewer holidays (only 6), no sick leave days at all, no flexibility on remotely working days (only one day per week). Try everything to avoid this company. They have no vision and no understanding of their finance situation. Ultimately, they are being so irresponsible and empathetic. Grassroots employees are merely being used and paying for leadership's bad decisions.

As you point out, 2024 was a difficult year our organization and employees. Any reduction in workforce is regrettable, yet management acted responsibly in reaction to the uncertainty and cutbacks in our clients’ project budgets in 2024.
