      Work is interesting, people are friendly

      There is instability with employment, poor decision making by upper management, there are strong researchers but not very strong management to run a company

      Pros

      Good coworkers, nice people to connect with. Good office location. You'll walk away with good skills, even if this isn't the best position.

      Cons

      Tons of time wasted on inefficient processes; on-boarding experience is really frustrating and disorganized. I was already working more than 40 hours in my first week. Also, staff are underpaid and little flexibility on in-person and virtual working arrangements. Always got messages from my manager right at 5pm.

      - Good benefits - Clear, structured growth path - Lot of opportunities to learn new data skills and improve your knowledge about Medicare and Medicaid

      - Workload can be too much sometimes - Processes and tasks are sometimes redundant/inefficient - Work/life balance can be a challenge
