      Pros

      The day-to-day is good with projects that usually feel meaningful and engaging. The people you interact with regularly (i.e. your team) are all nice and encouraging.

      Cons

      The upper management (C-Suite and HR) seem terribly out of touch with the rest of the company and it gives an overall feeling of indifference towards the company as a whole

      Experience very dependent on manager No uniformity in criteria to be met for promotions Salary depends on team and contract, and not much choice over which team you will be assigned to
