      My team has good WLB, and tasks are not very challenging

      Cons

      Once you get familiar with SAS, the actual work becomes not challenging at all; benefits are not competitive

      Pros

      The day-to-day is good with projects that usually feel meaningful and engaging. The people you interact with regularly (i.e. your team) are all nice and encouraging.

      Cons

      The upper management (C-Suite and HR) seem terribly out of touch with the rest of the company and it gives an overall feeling of indifference towards the company as a whole
