* Very dedicated people * Good benefits * Good pay by nonprofit standards

Cons

* It is a nonprofit and will pay instructors less than they can make in industry. * Not a lot of room for advancement, especially if you are not in the demographic groups targeted by the organization, not a criticism, something they should do, but a fact of life.
