Mission-Oriented nonprofit serving underrepresented populations in tech

Pros

A diverse environment with people committed to it's mission. Salaries are competitive, although not as high as a developer would earn in industry. Instructors teach modern web development and learn a number of best-practices.

Cons

We have a new Executive Director who's learning the role and some shake-ups are occurring, and we are still seeking another instructor.
