      Pros

      A four day work week and employer's who care, have made the work environment feel good. Opportunities to work overtime are plentiful, as well as company benefits.

      Cons

      Having a four day work week means 10 to 15 hour shift where you are working on your own. Being that you are on your own setting and keeping a good pace will make or break your day. Poor communication form supervisors and other co workers can make your day harder and more frustrating.

      Good communication between management and employees of all categories

      Cons

      Should acknowledge and show more appreciation towards employees that do job correctly rather than almost make it feel like a punishment by expecting said employees to always do their best and catch others slack as well
