      Good starter, pros and cons.

      Pros

      Good experience, MGRs are knowledgeable with driving and how to work nicely. Other employees are nice and friendly. 4 day work week for drivers and helpers is very nice, just long days.

      Cons

      Equipment is okay, lots of stops and cases, times without help. Would rather use different equipment. Routes can be "unfair" sometimes. Always worried about money and not wanting to spend more to make everyone happier in smaller amounts.
