I value the benefits, especially the time off growth. The management in Ohio are all great to work for. I appreciate the many trainings that offer growth in experience with the job.

Pros

I value that we are family owned and operated. This is a blessing when things happen in personal life and schedules can be modified to fit in funerals, taking care of aged parents and children. This is one of the non publicized benefits.

Cons

I believe more communication from other markets would be beneficial. Seeing what other pubs are doing may make a great deal easier to not reinvent the wheel each time. We are stronger as a whole than our parts.

We are provided with all the tools we need to succeed. Through education, hands on help in my market and help from tech when we need it. The ability to work from home when needed is super helpful.

Cons

The chain of command is blurred.
