      Pros

      I enjoy that, in some aspects, my schedule is my own. With deadlines, there are obvious times I have to work, but for the most part I can choose to come in by 9 and leave by 5, or come in later and stay later. I appreciate the people I work with as well - the building of the team here was intentional about compatibility work-wise and personality-wise.

      Cons

      I think the company can improve on providing growth opportunities for its employees. I would like to be able to learn more and become better equipped in aspects of other people's jobs for when they are absent.

      Pros

      A career starter and great management. Adams Publishing Group gave me a chance with no sales experience and I couldn't be anymore grateful. The management and coworkers are very helpful and respectful. I love that I get to build a career from this.

      Pros

      The fluidity of hours and scheduling so I can accommodate appointments and other things. I also appreciate the benefits that Adams Multi-Media offers to its employees.
