      A few things I value with Adams Publishing Group LLC would be the team itself along with the management. The leadership is very good and commendable. The work environment also is very welcoming and understanding.

      Pros

      The freedom to make day to day decisions without micro-management, I.E. not having to run everything by your direct report. The ability to take PTO without being denied your desired dates.

      Pros

      One of the things I value most is being part of something that serves the community. I really value the people I work with and the supportive environment. Another thing I love about my job as a reporter is the opportunity to learn new things, take on challenges and contribute in a meaningful way.

      Cons

      I think continuing to expand opportunities for training or professional development would be valuable. It would help employees grow, who in turn, can bring even more to the company and the community. As many people may be struggling financially, I also think paying a livable wage (I have three other jobs to make ends meets) or having additional pay incentives that are tied to performance or extra responsibilities may be motivating for employees.
