      Pros

      Management is easy to work with and they enable staff to do their jobs effectively. Overall, I'm given the tools needed to complete my job without hassle and any concerns have been addressed quickly. Most importantly, my skills, experience and expertise are valued by the team I work with.

      Not a dull moment and always something to do. My boss is great! Flexabilty is nice. With a good core of employees, it is fun to come to work. The end!!!!!
