      I'm happy to get up and go to work each day. Haven't had many jobs I can say that about.

      Pros

      Our department leader stresses "Family First," and allows us time to take care of family matters when necessary. We also know he also has our back, and because of that, we have his.

      Cons

      The pay rate is far below average. I realize that an increase costs money, but a raise to the industry standard would be nice.
