      Pros

      I truly value the team I work with at APG. We have an incredible support system behind the scenes, but the Western Division team I work with directly goes above and beyond every day to help us succeed. Unlike anywhere I have ever worked!

      Cons

      I believe there’s room for improvement in our benefits package, particularly in offering regular raises and considering a company match for the 401(k), even if it's a small percentage. That would give us more stability in knowing we are going to be taken care of in the future when it comes time to retire!

      Pros

      Feel appreciated and get recognized for hard work. Full-time work can be tiring, and it’s good when you’re not exposed to toxicity on a daily basis at workplace.
