      Pros

      I currently have a great boss that I am working with, with the world today and newspapers becoming dinosaurs, I like the fact that APG is still making strides to keep the newspapers relevant.

      Pros

      I have been able to grow within the company, be creative with my work and receive opportunities I couldn't imagine getting elsewhere. I am so grateful for the belief in me and the experience I am getting here.

      Cons

      I'm not sure, to be honest. I know it is hard in this industry and every time I think I have it rough I compare myself to others and realize I personally have it pretty good. The most obvious answer would be salaries, but is anyone ever satisfied with those?

      Pros

      Flexibility when requesting time off, as well as open dialogue with my manager to address any work related needs that I need to address. I have a great team of people, who truly support one another.

      Not that I can think of at this time.
