      Pros

      The people, coworkers and being a team. The local papers work closely together to support each other. That is how the company should work, we are in this together to be successful.

      Cons

      Compensation. I am sure some are well compensated and some are not. Some have not had an increase in several years and pay rate is low.

      I appreciate that I get to do what I love and maintain a work-family balance that I was lacking in my previous career. I am so much happier now and am glad to be back to working for you.

      Pros

      I enjoy the autonomy that my boss provides me. They trust me to do my work tasks, and in return I give my full effort. The freedom to work where it's convenient means that I'm never having to work long hours at the office.

      Cons

      Our office could be nicer. I have ants in my office.
