Everyone here has been so welcoming and helpful. The management is amazing and really cares about her employees and their families as well as family obligations. I love my job, it is rewarding.

Not really. Nothing I have found yet. Everything has been wonderful.

Pros

I value the support of the supervisors that I have had. I value being able to take time off and not being made to feel guilty about it. I have a disability and I appreciate the genuine concern from co-workers and management. It's amazing that Adapt doesn't charge us for insurance, and that our benefit plan is very good.

Pros

The amount of support that comes from management and co-workers. I appreciate the meetings we have to keep us in check and to listen to staff concerns to resolve any issues.

Cons

The hiring process needs to be processed a lot faster. Considering allowing staff to work 4 - 10-hour days to allot for much needed mental rest.
