Pros

Co-workers are what makes this place great. The company itself has potential.

Cons

Very low pay compared to market average. Leadership seemingly changes their mind every other month on priorities. High work loads and stress. Company is still landing on it's feet after their poorly organized and timed corporate restructuring.

Completely mismanaged and lacks transparency Mismanaged budget & expectations leading to mass terminations Shift in leadership; multiple VPs & above terminated or resigned; multiple departments shut down No strong outlook; Stock price is down 66% in last 12 months No transparency at all; Leadership hides facts and explains everything is good, but after 2 weeks proceeds with mass lay-offs Lay off done with no notice; Employees has 3 hours to close/ shut-down laptops after notice; terminated on same day as notice Stock options are vested after 1 year

It's a good place to get some experience for a better paying company. I'm not sure this is good for a mid-career type. The company has a good mission.

Cons

Mediocre salary. 401k match is sort of a joke.
