      The people and the science

      Cons

      Toxic environment with leadership not knowing what they are doing. Constant layoffs and no loyalty to those who put in years of hard work. Too much office politics and who likes who. Company is a mess as a whole and does not treat their employees well. They also can never deliver a project in a timely manner or get the delivery right the first time

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good. People on development teams are generally very kind.

      Cons

      Software systems are old and not well-maintained. Our "agile" processes are difficult to work within. Leadership can't seem to figure out how to improve the situation. Also, not much opportunity to take ownership of software features/projects.
