      The technology at Adaptive is incredibly exciting and promising. The office in Seattle is cool.

      Cons

      Leadership does not communicate to other departments on major initiatives, which causes severe downstream effects that negatively impact employees.

      Strong sense of shared goals and commitment to the customer at the lower ranks. Interesting science with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Lack of experience at the highest levels, including a constant need for affirmation, has resulted in poor business decisions, poor planning and chaotic pivots from one business objective to the next.

      Pros

      The People. Really enjoy the people I get to see at the office everyday. They're all motivated and eager to do a good job. Great rapport both cross-functionally and within teams.

      Cons

      Compensation is lacking, relative to peers and to market. Management is disorganized, decision making is so inconsistent and not fully thought out.
