The core employees that do the real work are hard-working, dedicated and care about their customers.

Cons

Current management is inept and will sink the company shortly if not removed and the employees that are doing the real work are placed in charge.

Cons

Adaptive Computing is a great little company that Art Allen is running into the ground. He surrounds himself with yes-men and wastes everyone's time on delusions about a product that doesn't work and administrative tasks because he and his "executive team" don't have a clue how use Salesforce.
