      Pros

      They recognize good performance and reward it. Lots of emphasis on doing the right thing, especially for the client. Willing to go above and beyond in unique circumstances that lots of big companies would not even listen to.

      Cons

      Wages and benefits can sometimes be limited as the payments are fixed by the State of MN and insurance companies.

      Not really sure, besides friendly coworkers

      Cons

      This company is selfish and all about profit, they put on a face saying they care when thats not true. on calls means you ARE WORKING on that weekend, for stuff that isn't needed. They will push more and more out of you and say things and the add a little more bit by bit. They can never get enough. Don't work for salary!

      Pros

      Autonomy with self scheduling. Direct observation of improving a client's quality of life.

      Cons

      Inadequate orientation. No Clinical Educator position currently to onboard new nurses. Nurses with only 4-5 months experience being asked to precept new hires. Micromanagement. Upper management would frequently over step direct clinical supervisor.
