      Pros

      They are generally pretty flexible.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Problems/issues/suggestions don't get resolved timely, if at all. Rules apply to certain employees but not others. I feel as though pay could be better given the length of employment and duties of position.

      Pros

      The company is dedicated to the health, safety and satisfaction of it's clients and staff. I've never worked for a company with more integrity, and that's saying a lot.

      Cons

      The pay is on the low end. Company income is based on Medicare reimbursement...
