- There are some really quality people here at Adare, who care about their work and the company - Flexibility of working from home as needed - Great benefits, especially 401k - Clean environment - Large breakroom - Mostly approachable leadership - I can see a few efforts for improvement, hoping to see more

Cons

- High turnover lately - There are a few bad apples (I choose not to focus on them)
