The company is well positioned in the high growth segments of pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) and microbiome. Strong technical capabilities offer competitive advantages. The global footprint gives you exposure to new cultures, ideas, and ways of working. The people that respond the best in the organization are those that are willing to lead new ideas and approaches since ultimately we are in the business of solving problems for customers and continuously improving the way we operate as an organization.

Cons

It can be challenging to connect sometimes since departments may be spread across the globe...so have to manage time zones, and different languages....but at the same time this can be an advantage since Europe can get a head start and North America can work later into the day. The company is investing in ways to keep everyone better connected to over come this and improve communication.
