- The engineering team is incredibly talented, motivated, and friendly - Generally good support for new hires without much experience - Good perks: retreats, catered meals, etc - Flexibility to move between different parts of the app or stack - Easy access to management, and ability to voice concerns - Great work/life balance, vacation policy

Cons

- Growing pains - lots of organization shuffles, frequent changes in priorities and structures - Communication issues - lots of rumors, information is not distributed well - Employee churn - people come and go often - Location

-Smart and kind coworkers -Unlimited PTO -Close relationships with clients

Cons

This is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. Senior people are constantly leaving and then they promote junior people who have only been at the company for a few months to lead positions to fill their roles. C-suite is rude and inappropriate, and foster a major boys club/bro culture. No one cares about the chaos though because the number 1 focus is moving towards that IPO. Morale is low, pay doesn’t keep up, and the culture is toxic and gossipy as a consequence.

Cons

- Promotions are infrequent - There's a culture of cliques and favoritism throughout the organization - Toxic culture persists, with instances of bullying and harassment continuing after being reported to HR - Insufficient communication and clarity of vision from the marketing leadership
