Perks and Benefits are incredibly competitive Smart, friendly people who I look forward to seeing every day Flexible hours / work from home Hiring the right people for the next stage of growth for the company Promising runway of opportunity for success in the industry

Cons

High growth over the last couple of years leads to some change fatigue but the people here have the right attitude to overcome that - lots of teams growing and changing dynamics are all normal for a company looking to truly disrupt the industry. Exciting times - but hang on for the ride!

- Smart people with good intentions - Good tools used for developing software and managing information - Employees have an opportunity to seize a problem area and make a huge impact if they want to, which can be satisfying

Cons

- Lots of politics, especially at the leadership level - Lots of questionable promotions into high levels / and or hiring of people into upper management level roles - Career advancement or compensation is not necessarily tied to your contributions; there are people who make an impact and do great work, but aren't rewarded - In terms of engineering issues, there is a lot of tech debt
