Pros

Although there is some pressure to RTO due to the ring kissing, political culture created by leadership - for the most part, if you decide to work remote - it will be respected, just don't expect any career advancement.

Cons

- Incredibly homogenous leadership team, will give you two guesses as to the make up of that group - Leadership team is driven by ego and political agendas - must be willing to play the game for advancement - Consistently observed biases against underrepresented communities [e.g. women being told they have too sharp of elbows but men can bully with impunity ] - Battle between the old guard and the new - over emphasis on tenure at a time when fresh new ideas are much needed

Thank you for sharing your experience as we sincerely value employee feedback and use it to actively improve. We are committed to building a culture and environment that allows employees to do their best work, with a location-flexible work option for most roles. One of Addepar’s goals for 2022 is to drive a vibrant and equitable employee experience by making Addepeeps feel valued, engaged and connected - no matter where they are - including in the office or working remotely, in the US or globally. From our most recent employee engagement survey, when rating development opportunities at Addepar, remote-first and office-first employees shared the same favorable rating of 80%. Our leadership team is focused on consistently advancing our business by empowering employees to deliver for clients and solve deep-rooted problems that have been intractable for many decades. We do this while striving to build an inclusive environment where employees of all backgrounds are heard and contribute to the best business outcomes in service of our purpose and clients. While we have work to do, we have seen positive movement in enhancing our inclusive culture and ability to build diverse teams through our DEI initiatives and our vibrant affinity groups. Thank you again for taking the time to review. If you have any additional feedback, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Pros

Exciting product Caring talented people Fast growth company

Cons

You need to be good at managing your own work life boundaries The speed of the business and change is fast There is an executive that is clearly driving toward his own agenda with the politics, deflection and manipulations that go with it. He doesn’t accept other points of view and acts and talks as if he is the CEO. He is a broken record of old school thinking. The actual CEO is really great btw.

Pros

Flexible environment, smart coworkers, great benefits, energy behind market opportunity, and shared desire for company to succeed.

Cons

We're hitting some growing pains. People leave, structures change, and it can cause friction. Many teams are stretched thin, which can be challenging.
