Pros
I have been holding back on writing a review for a while thought I didn't know enough about the company to be comprehensive, until now.
This is a great company to work for for an engineer
- Mobility opportunities, you can always find things you are interested in doing and make impactful changes.
- Growing and Learning, you are empowered to work on different parts of the system. There is environment of trust and allowing you to fail (of course, not horrendously)
- High quality of engineering peers that have been delightful to work with.
And more importantly this is a great company for anyone else:
- A very transparent culture, nothing hurts a company more than a deliberately opaque smoke between teams, between people and objectives.
- A leadership team that is willing to acknowledge issues, mistakes and pledged to tackle them.
- Huge potential with the company
Cons
The company has great culture, it doesn't mean it is perfect. There is growing pain for it to step out of startup stage. Efficiency and productivity is not as high as you would expect seeing lots of people are working very hard.
