Business Outlook
Pros
- Good business outlook. Lots of new customers being signed regularly and new initiatives underway. - Good culture. There were no jerks on the team in my experience. People are quite thoughtful and respectful in discussions. I'm still friends with a lot of my former coworkers. Down to earth, too, which is somewhat rare for a Silicon Valley venture-backed company. - Good engineering culture. Willing to try out a lot of ideas while still having a necessary focus on keeping things robust.
Cons
I was very young when I joined, and sometimes I made engineering mistakes that could've been avoided. A bit more training/oversight for fresh grad members of the team may be warranted in some cases.
